Her strengths lie in communication and negotiation, and she excels in cultivating valuable customer relationships to align with the company’s goals and core values. Furthermore, Sylmar boasts extensive knowledge in project management and finance, making her a valuable asset to the team.

Johan Romero Industrial Engineer,

With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Johan began his career in the plumbing sector in his native Venezuela. Since 2018, he has been actively engaged in the electrical field. Johan has contributed his expertise to a variety of projects across the state of Florida, including notable accomplishments such as the Endless Summer Hotel in Universal, Terminal C at the Orlando Airport, and, most recently, his significant role in advancing our country’s electrical infrastructure. He played a pivotal role in the installation of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at major dealerships throughout Florida, preparing the state for the imminent future of electric vehicles.

Electrical Engineer

Manuel Martinez

Electrical engineer with over 15 years of experience in power plants, medium voltage power networks, public safety and welfare, fire alarm system design and operation, field service, electrical design, and project coordination. Possess extensive educational qualifications with Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering, majoring in Electrical Power systems.
